Product map · v1

The complete Human+ programme, end to end.

A single view of what we deliver: the cohort shape, the twelve-week rhythm, the live sessions, the assignments, where Ada shows up, what the certificate means, and how data actually flows. Built to walk clients through in a sales conversation, and to pressure-test internally.

01 · Cohort shape

What a cohort actually looks like.

Every Human+ cohort runs on the same structural parameters. Open cohorts (public calendar) and private cohorts (company-specific) share the shape; what differs is who's in the room.

Size
50
Maximum learners per cohort. Smaller cohorts run (minimum ~10) but 50 is the capacity ceiling.
Duration
12
Weeks from kickoff to certification. One week per async module, with live sessions every three weeks.
Open cohort frequency
Monthly
A new open cohort starts each month, published on the calendar 6–9 months ahead. Tickets redeemed against specific dates.
02 · 12-week timeline

One week per module. Four checkpoints. Certificate at week 12.

The week-by-week shape of a cohort. Async modules run Monday-to-Sunday; live sessions land in the "rest" weeks between content blocks so learners arrive with work to discuss.

03 · Live sessions

Four facilitated sessions. Not a watch-along.

Each live session has a specific submitted piece of work to anchor it. Facilitators are named AY subject-matter experts — for private cohorts, the same expert runs all four.

Week 0
Kickoff
60 min · Facilitated

Frame the "why". Meet the cohort. Introduce Ada and how to get value from it. Set expectations for the 12 weeks. Learners leave knowing exactly what the next three weeks look like.

Week 4
Checkpoint 1
60 min · Facilitated

Workshop Assignment 1 submissions. Surface real blockers. Connect what worked in modules 1–3 to what's coming in 4–6. Peer discussion led by facilitator.

Week 8
Checkpoint 2
60 min · Facilitated

Workshop Assignment 2 submissions — now applying concepts to learners' real work. Deeper technique. Preparation for the capstone.

Week 12
Closeout
60 min · Facilitated

Capstone discussion. Human+ Distinction announced for the top capstones. Certificates issued. Commitments for what each learner will do in their first 30 days post-programme.

04 · Assignments

Four assessed, human-reviewed. Plus Ada practice in between.

Four human-reviewed assignments do the work of certifying capability. Ada micro-practices fill the weeks in between so the learning stays applied, not theoretical.

The work that earns the certificate

What learners actually submit
  • ×8
Ada micro-practices Short applied tasks after most modules. ~15–20 minutes each. Ada provides structured feedback in real time. Stay inside the SCORM — no data egress.
  • A1
Assignment 1 · End of week 3 Applied task after modules 1–3. Submitted for human review. Discussed in the Week 4 live session.
  • A2
Assignment 2 · End of week 7 More substantial piece applying modules 4–6 to learner's own work. Human-reviewed. Discussed in the Week 8 live session.
  • A3
Assignment 3 · End of week 9 Integration piece connecting earlier modules with the later content. Human-reviewed. Prepares the learner for the capstone.
  • A4
Capstone · End of week 11 3–5 hours of substantial applied work. Reviewed personally by a named AY subject-matter expert. This is what the certificate actually certifies.

Human+ Distinction

One award · top capstones
  • Awarded to the top 3–5 capstones per cohort Purely quality-based. Judged by the named AY subject-matter expert who reviews the capstones.
  • Named certificate of distinction Separate from the standard cert. Shareable on LinkedIn with its own credential URL.
  • Announced in the closeout session Public recognition in front of the cohort.
  • Permission to use the outputs With consent, the winning capstones can become Human+ case studies and marketing material.
05 · Where Ada shows up

Ada across the programme.

Ada is an AI learning companion, not a chatbot. It appears in three places across the learner's journey — each with a specific job.

01 · Inside every module

Socratic companion

Ada asks the learner questions that help them apply the module concept to their own context. Not giving answers — prompting the right thinking. Available throughout the SCORM.

All tiers
02 · On micro-practices

Immediate feedback

When a learner completes a micro-practice, Ada marks the submission against a rubric and gives structured feedback in real time. No waiting, no human bottleneck.

All tiers
03 · In the client's comms tool

Trained in-house

For company-specific cohorts: a trained Ada deployed into the client's Slack or Teams workspace. Context-aware, available for 6–12 months post-cohort. Extends learning past week 12.

Private cohort · Enterprise add-on
06 · Certification

A certificate that means something.

The cert is earned by passing assessed work reviewed by a named human expert. Different tiers get different certificates — deliberately.

What earns the human-reviewed certificate

The cohort certificate, signed by a named AY subject-matter expert.

  • All 12 async modules completed
  • All 8 Ada micro-practices completed
  • Assignments 1, 2 and 3 submitted and passed (marker-reviewed, SME-normed)
  • Capstone submitted and passed (reviewed personally by the named SME)
  • Attended at least 3 of the 4 live sessions

Team Pack Human-reviewed, signed by a named AY subject-matter expert. Issued via Certifier with LinkedIn "Add to profile" one-click. Human-reviewed

07 · Data flow

What leaves the LMS. What stays. Where it lives.

Most learner work stays inside the client's LMS. Only the human-reviewed submissions (Assignments 1–3 and the Capstone) egress to our review pipeline. Each tool in the stack does what it's designed for — transactional data in Postgres, analytics in BigQuery, credentials in Certifier.

Stays in the LMS

  • Module completion tracking (xAPI)
  • Ada micro-practice submissions
  • In-module interactions with Ada
  • Time-on-task, score metadata

Egresses to our pipeline

  • Assignments 1, 2, 3 submissions
  • Capstone submission
  • Human reviewer scores and feedback
  • Certificate issuance record
Why this architecture. Postgres handles transactional workloads (reviewer updates, submission state) that a data warehouse isn't designed for. BigQuery handles analytical queries (dashboards, cross-cohort reporting) it's genuinely good at. Certifier handles the public-facing credential — LinkedIn integration, branded verification, shareable URLs — without us needing to build that ourselves. Each tool isolated from the others so switching any one doesn't touch the rest.
Compliance posture. Cyber Essentials Plus today. ISO 27001 in progress. Supabase (SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, EU region), BigQuery (SOC 2, ISO 27001, UK region), and Certifier (ISO 27001, GDPR, AWS-hosted) all defensible as sub-processors in client DPAs. Per-client data isolation at every layer. Full audit trail. Data export and deletion on request.

How this applies across Individual, Team Pack, Subscription.
