Adapting Gracefully to Organisational Change

with Ket Patel

Assemble You has teamed up with Change Reactions to give you a different perspective on change in your organisation. Instead of reacting to change, Ket Patel, our expert for this series, is passionate about supporting organisations to become more adaptable to unseen challenges and prepare their organisation and people for the unknown that lies ahead.

In this four-part series, we’ll explore the link between coaching and change, how to think about change in the context of the organisation, how you, as an agent for change, can manage yourself to help create positive outcomes, and how to support others in your organisation through a change process
